torque values for valve covers?

Does anybody know the torque values for the valve covers and the intake manifold bolts?Thanks

Torque the intake manifold bolts to 11-17 lb-ft (132-204 lb-in). Recommend lb-in, lb-ft is to low to be accurate and not possibly break one if its a click type torque wrench.

Actually, they are:
"Rocker Arm Cover Bolts: 8-11 ft lb"

For anyone interested if you go to shotimes and get SDPATT's 60K procedure doc. which I have saved on my computer all the values are easily at your finger tips.
