Torque Converter

If it is my torque Converter going out. How much aprox. is it to replace?

The TC itself isn't too expensive, usually around $180 for a rebuilt. The problem is the labor, which is the same as it would be for R&R'ing the tranny, about 6 hours by Ford's book if I recall.
