I'm looking to get a new TC for a 1995 3.2L, with AXOD-E Tranny.

I'm wondering if the "Dacco/Transmission Torque Converter" from autozone is the correct part.

It lists it as:

"Transmission casting code #F4DP-DA, F4DP-DB, PNA-EN. 25 spline input shaft. With 19 Or 45 stamped in front cover of converter."

Part Number: F68ESHO

Is this correct? I have yet to pull the TC to verify the spline count or what number is stamped on it. I'm sure someone knows off the bat. I'd like to have this ordered and ready to swap over the weekend.

Thanks!

No idea.

But, I wouldn't buy a TC from AZ.

That is something you don't want to have to take out to use their warranty.

Why are you just replacing the TC?

Damn thing is leaking. Dripping out the inspection plate.

I figured I'd replace it completely in case it's more than just a seal. Already put in a ton of money so far on new parts lol.

I gotta pull the motor again this weekend to do this, so I'd like to get this thing in by Friday.

I've looked online elsewhere and can't find T/C's for this thing. AZ seems to be my only option, I just don't know if this is the right one.

Dacco converters are fine. Doesn't matter if you get them from AutoZone or anywhere else. And F68ESHO is the correct P/N for '94+'95.

That's all I needed to know! Thanks man!

With any luck I won't be keeping the ATX for too long [maybe a year] before I do a MTX conversion. I didn't want to dump too much into it, but it needs to be right!
