torque bar bushings

What is the trick to getting front torque bar bushings seated in subframe. The clevites inside subframe I cannot for the life of me get rid of 1/8 in gap between bushing and subframe...................I have taken apart and put together so many times with same results........

It's the top half of the bushing also not the bottom. Is my control arm not sitting right? The control arms are moog and the struts are gabriel complete ready mounts, am I doing something wrong?
