Tokico Inserts?

I was reading the sticky and got hopeful as I just scored a nice set of eibachs with blown tokicos. Then I saw the date...10/2006. Are these still available and if so how do I go about purchasing?:thankyou:

As far as I have found on the internet, they are. I have not actually tried to order them though.

Yeah the tokico website shows the part #, but it also shows the part # to the struts. And we all know those are discontinued.

I was told by a distributor that they have been discontinued.
Since they can not honor the warranty,Tokico will authorize a refund for your blown struts if you can provide a reciept.

I tried fifteen months ago to get the inserts. They are discontinued and I could find no one who had them in stock. As for getting a refund from Tokico, good luck. I had a receipt, called them and they told me to go to the retailer I bought them from: carparts.com. They were bought out by JC Whitney who is not a Tokico dealer. Tokico sent me to another dealer who didn't want to do anything (other than offer to sell me Koni inserts at an inflated price).

Your best bet for finding good inserts is to buy a Mustang.

FYI I was quite successful installing koni inserts in the front Tokico housings. I did not try the the rears tho.
