Well, my rear struts are completely shot, so im going to be replacing those with some KYB GR2s as soon as they come in, but i was just wondering should i be replacing the coils along with the struts? I would go with the moog cargo coils if i did replace the springs but do i need to? The car has 136000 but i dont know if the springs are sagging in the back or not. How can i tell or what does sagging look like/what are the symptoms? Thanks for the advice.

At 136K you might as well replace the springs also. The rears are the ones that tend to sag too. Sagging springs in the rear look just like that, you'll see the rear of the car sagging... :) Most noticeable by a decreased gap between the wheel well and top of the tire.

well it does look like its sagging a bit (back is definately lower then the front) and from the center of the wheel to the lip of the fender, its about 13 3/4 give or take a 1/4 of an inch. hows that for sag? low enough to replace springs?

half-way there, I think.
The stock ride height is supposed to be 15.2", so you're about 1 1/2" to 1 1/4" on the saggy side. I would recommend replacing the springs.

Also, once you see how much of a PITA the rear suspension is, you won't want to ever have to take it apart again!! :bonk: Do the springs, you will like them.

Sorry about the long overdue post, but am in this same situation.. My rear measures about 12-12.5 from middle of the stock rims to the edge of the fender... On both my SHO's.. Front is 15ish.. Are you sure the rear is supposed to be 15?.. I guess I need to get those new coils ASAP.. wow.
Please advise.

So is that the stock ride height? Mine is 12.5 now! And I am certain it is too low.. I Found one place that said it should be 13.5.. I think I'll go with that one on Sholist.
later
