Tired of looking for injector parts?

I got fed up with trying to find all the right parts for the fuel injectors that I finally just went to a fuel injector re-builder. I should have done it earlier.

To clean, inspect, test flow AND put all new seals and o-rings: $16.00 each. I took them two sets so I will have a spare set for the 95 if I ever need them.

That part number for the injector to head, rubber seal is correct, E9DZ-9C991-A. The injector to fuel rail dust grommet came in the upper re-build gasket set and the o-ring is next to impossible to find.

Tom did the rebuilder have all the proper fitting o-rings and seals or did you have to provide them? That is a good price for a rebuild.

FYI, all 18 grommets & o-rings come in the Upper Gasket Set, Tom.

Spent the night frigging with halfshaft installation on the 91 (SHO Shop's set of new ones), so I didn't get a chance to install the rails & injectors with the new aftermarket ones.

He had all the right seals and o-rings,AND he put in new filter screens. I saved the injector-to-head seals I bought from Ford for later re-builds.

My upper gasket set only came with the two seals, not the o-rings. I got rooked. Oh well.
