Ticking noise

Whenever my foot is off the clutch I get a ticking noise, sometimes louder than other, but when you push it in then it goes away. Any ideas? Did I **** my stage 3 clutch?

Hmm, so I read around a bit for some similar issues and it sounds like its rubbing the inside of the transmission, I do have a couple other weird issues though, when shifting gears I get a rubbing sound if I don't get off the clutch immediately (which is hard from a stop). It didn't make this noise a couple weeks ago.
