After replacing a bad belt tensioner that was making a loud wining noise, I noticed this ticking sound.
Any ideas what it could be?

Well to me sounds like the right side of the engine. To me could be valve or lifter. Enough oil?

So I want to warn you that Ford says to never add oil additives in your engine oil. However if you need to change the oil soon or directly after this test. Add Seafoam to see if the ticking goes away. Then drain the oil after testing. I am not a mechanic but Seafoam will silence the lifter or valve from ticking and would be a quick test to see if it's internal.

Just a suggestion, and I am not a mechanic. Check the oil level first. Make sure it's not milky or burnt. The oil change regardless of using Seafoam or not to see the status of the oil looking for metal and quality.

I did an oil change the day before taking that video. Thanks for the suggestion.

Honestly, mine sounds pretty similar. I pulled it in the shop last weekend to change my oil and let the engine get to temp (to drain faster). With the hood up and engine cover off, mine sounded pretty similar. After changing the oil (full synthetic) it got a little quieter.
