Ticking/Grinding Noise from front wheels

I have a 2010 SHO with 77K miles. I am, at slow speed (5-10mph), while turning more 10 degrees left or right a grinding/ticking noise coming from the wheel well. I am only hearing it from the wheel and direction i am turning, left turn/left front wheel-right turn/right front wheel. did some research here couldn't find anything exactly like this. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Your lucky they haven't acted up before. lol. My 2010 had 23,000 miles and had to have them changed.
