Besides the fact that you bought @Livernois Motorsports trash?

Lol...no, no real issues. They "should" bolt right up. Just suggest to get new turbo-to-downpipe gaskets and the gaskets just after the flex section. All can be got from Ford for pretty cheap.

You mean re-branded and price increased American Racing Downpipes?

OP hope you know those catted DP's will still throw a CEL.

They have o2 sensor adapters that move them out of direct exhaust a bit. They work but I'm kinda half and half with the o2s are ment to be in direct line of exhaust flow but not like the rears do anything anyway compared to the upstreams

on a scale of 1-10 how had would it be to do it myself with access to a lift and tools with moderate car skills?
It's not hard, especially when using a lift. I'd give it a 3 or 4, if you have good access, right tools, and the new parts.. Only thing is, those turbo studs can be a bitch to break loose. Tbh, I went and got brand new studs and stud nuts as well, it came in handy.. You may end up pulling the stud out and the nut nkt breaking loose.

Put anti-seize on EVERYTHING when you put it together, including the slip joints.

I couldn't find a shop willing to put them on for me either. Did it myself in about 4 hours going extremely slowly and staring at it for long periods of time. Lots of PB blast is the secret. Soak as many of the bolts overnight as you can get to before actually tackling the job. Get new gaskets ahead of time as well as studs and bolts just so that you have them if you need them. I ended up having to put a couple studs in a vice to break the bolts loose. Do NOT just put the studs back in with the bolts frozen to them. You will have an exhaust leak if you do that. No need to discuss how I know that.

Is the rest of your exhaust stock?

I have these on my 2015, installed myself, no problems what so ever. No engine lights. When stock, ya no shit, but with a tune, no engine lights.

As we said, it CAN be tuned out. But not all tuners will do this (by choice). Your tuner was able to do this. So to answer his question again....yes, the exhaust, by itself, will throw a CEL. But depending on tuner...can get that tuned out.

Technically it is illegal to tune out the cats. You might have seen a big deal about it with SCT. That being said if you ask for an offroad tune and have it in writing that covers your tuner. Now you can use defoulers are well. There are work arounds, however if you are caught or your tuner is caught..that is on you.

I thought sct removed the options to remove any emissions equipment via tuning. Wasnt that part of the lawsuit? I know tons of diesel guys were switching from sct because of egr and def options being removed.

I just did mine. All of my nuts had red locktite on them. I had to use a torch to break them loose. Major suck fest. However, if you have access to a lift, this shouldn't be too bad at all for you.

Things I needed to buy...

1. Torch 30$
2. 7/8s (I think?) Open ended crescent wrench for the 02 sensors 15$
3. Gaskets for all 4 connections...turbo to DP, and DP to exhaust. 12$
4. High heat ceramic paint (#heatmatters) 20$
5. A, shall we say...device to simulate the presence of catalytic converters, I bought catless dps. 25$, I think?
6. Beer

Have a breaker bar. Deep sockets also a must. Normal sockets won't get all the way on those nuts due to the stud sticking too far out. And a long extension bar.
