On the driver side, the sway bar gets in the way. I jacked the spindle up to compress the suspension to move the bar, then used my long extension.
0823201257 Getting them out was hilariously difficult, thanks to all the locktite, even on the 02 sensors! I ended up not pulling them till after I dropped the DPs.
0823201301 To give you a better look of what you're doing...plus...look at that little turbo! Hercules Hercules!

0823201834 My mess. I found that pulling the oil filter off gave me better access, for one of the 02 sensors.

0824201243 My 02 fooling device, after install.0824201344 Yes, that's an outdoor chair cushion. Shhhh. Don't tell the wife. This will be our little secret. #comfortmatters.

All said, I'm not gonna lie...this one was Aweful for me. Coulda used a second set of hands. Loctite killed me. However, after I finally got the old Crap out, I had the new pipes in in a matter of minutes. Litterally, minutes.

Nice writeup...loctite huh? That's somebody playing a cruel joke on you. Exhaust components should only have anti-seize on them. Hope you put it on everything when assembling, will make your life way easier next time you need to pull it off for something.

Looks good and I'm a huge advocate for the mental health breaks, lol.

I just did mine. All of my nuts had red locktite on them. I had to use a torch to break them loose. Major suck fest. However, if you have access to a lift, this shouldn't be too bad at all for you.

Things I needed to buy...

1. Torch 30$
2. 7/8s (I think?) Open ended crescent wrench for the 02 sensors 15$
3. Gaskets for all 4 connections...turbo to DP, and DP to exhaust. 12$
4. High heat ceramic paint (#heatmatters) 20$
5. A, shall we say...device to simulate the presence of catalytic converters, I bought catless dps. 25$, I think?
6. Beer

Have a breaker bar. Deep sockets also a must. Normal sockets won't get all the way on those nuts due to the stud sticking too far out. And a long extension bar.

Thank you I've been trying to research what I needed to get the job done.
