it is a beautiful intake but its heavy as ****, my brother is probably going with a top mount and custom intake come summer time, his cobra blower that he was soposto get just fell through so now he needs to find another :(

Guess again, picking it up with the needed supplies for the intake 2 weeks from now. Hopefully I'll blow the tranny in a few months.

hey NotSoSlow go to www.sccoa.com and get a 10% pully for that super and you'll put out loads more boost.

And I would overspin the blower. ;)

Until this thing is together and running, I have no reason to invest in another pulley. If I want more low end boost at the cost of a reduced rev limit, I may just do that.

But running off the SHO crank, using the factory pulley on the GM Eaton M90, I will be spinning the blower nearly to it's max (14k something) at the SHO rev limit (7k)

yea if you get a faster spinning pully for that you will be choking for air at the higher rpms. this is why im a fan of centrifugal ones :) but cant wait to see your car when its done. should be amazing.

How about using a Whipple Charger instead? You have the benefits of the displacement blower without all the heat.
