Throttle Hesitation (Poor low RPM Performance)

This is a performance issue and not an upgrade topic - I need your help. Is this normal or a problem? If normal, I'm selling the car - hate it! Too dangerous in critical traffic situations.

I think there's a TSB to fix it. I had the TSB done and things seem better. I don't have that TSB number at my fingertips at the moment but it is in this forum.
