Throttle body

Is the throttle body smaller than the inlet hole in the surge tank. If So how much would you gain by a bigger throttle body

It's not choked for air unless you go to forced induction of some kind. However I poo pooed Zach when he started asking around many years ago ..so if you want to bore out a throttle body go do it.
