Thoughts on aftermarket clutch adjuster

Hello gents, my clutch adjuster doesn't work. I can't lift up on the pedal to have it self adjust. my clutch also hooks up in the last 80% of the clutch travel so I feel like it could hook up a bit more though it doesn't slip. It looks nothing like stock and it like like it is applied to everything including autos. I wouldn't do it.

You might want to check the bushings as well.
