You are missing your DIS module, it is basically the brain for your ignition system. Your car won't run without it (you prolly know that now). Go, to www.Fordpartsnetwork.com and scroll down to "welcome SHO owners" or something like that and order the DIS ignition module part number DY-958. When you get it you need to clean the back of it and clean where it goes onto your intake. Go to radio shack and pick up some "heat sink compound". Spread that on the back of the DIS module then screw it in. Well, I just realized that you prolly don't have any screws. You will need 4 somebody else will prolly chime in with that help. Once all that is done and it is plugged in try to crank over your car and see if it starts. Good luck!

That is a possiblility, or since those things arn't cheap (150$) someone might have taken a good one off of your car and used it for another car. You will never know (just like how many licks will it take to get to the middle of a lolli-pop "the world may never know"..sorry...haha). But, just order a new one and you might have yourself a good SHO. How many miles on it, and what is the long story?

You can also get these modules aftermarket so shop around. Maybe listed as an ignition module?
