Anyone recognize this SHO?

This is probably a long shot but I Recently purchased this SHO in Knoxville TN and trying to find out who tuned it and what tune it has. The dealer bought it at auction and the handheld part was missing.

It has guage pods, cold air intake, meth injection, and exhaust
