You are looking at a 1990 Premium SHO with 118,000 actual miles.
What I mean is, when new in 1990, this one had the works.
Every option.

Full Leather is here.
Moonroof
Keyless Entry
Premium JBL stereo with factory cd player
Power Antenna Button
6 way Power Seats driver & passenger
Opera Lighting

You get the idea......It has it all!!

I am the 3rd owner of this beautiful SHO, which has 118,000 actual miles.

Let me explain why this is the SHO you don't want to get away!!!

You will see in the first few pictures here, that even with a crappy camera, the color is striking. While the car was originally Light Titanium Clearcoat....It was later repainted Dupont Chrome. Looks Awesome!!

Yes....those are Gen 3 Chrome wheels...and NO...they weren't cheap..... $600.00 + tax for the set!!! But god, they look awesome.

So what about the interior??? Immaculate!!!
Almost perfect
You could eat your lunch off these seats....and the carper is just as clean.
I have never seen a Gen 1 with nicer interior.
Dash cracks? Not on mine....my dash is perfect.

People can do stereo "upgrades" all they want....but to my ears, nothing sounds like the premium JBL system, with factory amp, subs, and cd player.

Runs like a beast.....118,000 easy miles
Tn

Over $4,000 in recent receipts (last 45 days).....I can assure the next owner that they will be getting a premium car.

1) New Clutch installed 3-22-10.... $739.63 (with receipt)
2) Chrome Gen 3 wheels $600+tax
3) New dual mufflers $282.33
4) New brake lines
5) New Gas Tank, Fuel Pump, and Sending unit...over $500 with installation

Closeup of the Clutch total..... I only buy the best

So.... lets conclude.... it runs perfect. I would trust it to anywhere..
The interior is excellent+++ the moonroof cover has some places, and there is one dull spot on the back seat.... but the front seats are in amazing condition, the original floor matts and factory carpet all look great, no dash cracks, and the climate control looks great. Everything works.

Outside the car looks terrific, the GEN 3 wheels on this well preserved Gen 1 look absolutely perfect. The only flaws this car has are 3 total areas of rust.

1) The front of the hood is getting some bubbles (no big deal, I was going to do a fiberglass SHO + scoop hood anyway.)
2) The left rear by the tailight...size of a nickel.
3) At the right rear quarter (starting) and when you open passenger rear door. (see photo)

But the rest...all look great!!!

Extra Manual (not cheap)

I can provide you with owners manuals, half of the original window sticker, over $4,000 in recent receipts, a like new rear bumper, not to mention that it comes with Gen 3 Chrome rims....good luck finding 4 of these in this shape!!

Then, I can present you with the interior.... you guys are far from dumb...and all of you know these cars better than I do..... you know that 99% of these Gen 1's have trashed leather seats, and dash cracks...... my seats & dash look like this car is a 2008, not a 1990..... when you consider that I have the original mats, and interior in this condition...with 118,000 actual miles...you know the car was taken care of.

The car runs top notch. In fact.....its so quiet that most people don't know I am even beside them until they see the car.

ASKING $3,500.00 or BEST REASONABLE OFFER

Let me answer some popular questions I have been getting:

1) The air conditioning blows and holds charge
2) There are no leaks, it is parked inside a carpeted garage.
3) There are no windshield or dash cracks at all

Taken with a 2.0 Megapixel Cell Phone today at work..... only time I have ever drove the car to work, a co-worker had never heard of a SHO before. Wanted to "SHO" him.

Nah... everyone's is worth 5 grand in their mind....
Then you see their interior which smells like bourbon and crack..... and looks like it was used for Motely Crue's tour bus.

Mine has over $4,000 in recent receipts done on all major powertrain functions.....just preventative things, and my interior is 9.5/10. This car is ready to be driven another 118k miles trouble free..... Keep in mind the $739.00 clutch has less than 500 miles on it.

Price lowered to $3,500 or best reasonable offer. That's a steal.

Paid ad guys, not a debate on his car vs any other car.

Thanks Randy, price lowered to $3,500.00 or best reasonable offer.

This is one of those cars that at the SHO rally's everyone gathers around to marvel on the condition of the interior, plus several other things it has going for it.

I have to think that this new price of $3,500.00 o.b.o would have to generate some interest.

Were I not overrun with SHO's right now I would be interested. If that were the case though, I would need to see some detailed pics of the rust, and of the underside of the car.

Detailed pictures coming soon...as this is a popular request.

I am starting to get some $2800 & $2900 offers now, so I know I am priced in the ballpark.

Like others with nice SHO's have stated in other threads.... I realize that that you can find SHO junkers on Craigslist for $1,500.... this car is not one of those.

The low miles, tasteful upgrades, new maintenance items and very nice interior are all great selling points. But rust scares people, so some detailed pics will do you good. Plus, the interior pics do not do it justice, get some high quality ones and you will be better served. Again, if I were not overrun with SHO's (currently have 5 not counting parts cars, so one more is simply out of the question at the time), I would be interested.

I have seen this car in person.
Beautiful car. Does have a little rust. Very fixable!
The seats are immaculate for the year. The carpet is still fuzzy, not matted down.
Well worth the MONEY!!!

Who wants a deal???? Who wants a steal????

I will do $2900.00 if paid for by Saturday May 1st.

You aren't going to find a Gen 1 that looks like this, with these upgrades/maintenance, with only 118k for this price.

Ask anyone who has seen this car in person...... this is a A.W.E.S.O.M.E deal.

I'm not trying to be a smart alec or anything but...once rust starts, how do you stop it?

The rust on my car,for example, is considered minor by any body man I have shown the car to.

While others here are more equipped to tell you how..... the rust on my car is nothing, and actually not bad at all for a 90.
