What is the "power stop" brake upgrade?

Yes, what is this? I want to look into upgrading the brakes on my 2010 non PP. I was amazed I was able to get mine with only 18k miles for 23k out the door a few months ago.

I did the Powerstop brake upgrade on my 2011 non PP SHO using the drilled and slotted rotors and the Z17 pads from Rock Auto. (Great price, speedy delivery). They say it can give a 20% improvement in stopping power and I believe them. It made a big difference for me and I am very happy with the results. I am much more confident in traffic, and it really helps in those congested stop-n-go situations where you wish to avoid rear-ending the &%$##(! in front of you. :cuss: FWIW, you should know that under harder braking you will hear and feel a slight pulse in the pedal as the holes and slots pass under the pads. Not a deal breaker by any means! Do it, you will not regret it.
