I'm considering going back to stock tune and 2bar sensor. I have and Im more than happy with my Livernois Tunes and equipment I purchased from them. But I'm thinking about any effects that running a performance tune on my engine/transmission will have in the long run. I'd like to keep my car as long as possible and I don't race. In anyone's opinion, do you think running a performance tune puts more stress on these engines?

Yes. Of course it does. BUT - it's up to you to keep your foot out of it :)

If you can't help yourself (and I wouldn't be able to, mind you) then maybe Livernois can do something to limit the power output and keep the throttle response and shifting strategy the same - which I'm sure you're going to miss when it's gone.
