Well I fixed my major issue yesterday with the nitrous setup and decided why not take it for a spin today and give it a shot (no pun intended). Seems I lost my 75hp nitrous jet when I was messing with it on the highway when it broke down the other day. So I installed the smaller 65hp jets and gave it a little romp. WOW. That's about all I can say, it gives the car a nice little kick. :D Then I started think about the supercharged guys out there that have that kinda power all the time available to them. I want one of those now!! :dribble: Anyways it seems to be all set and I'm really happy with the setup.

Lol no, when I pulled the nitrous line off the nozzle I took the nitrous jet out and put it on top of the radiator guard, you know right about the fan. I was getting flustered with everything that just happened and forgot all about it. I'm sure I knocked it off and it's on the ground somewhere on the side of the Mass Pike. :D

Eric be sure to check the hose for leaks where you are spraying the N20. When i had mine hooked up there i had a leak and was loosing like 30hp. If you want to drill and tap your un-bent TB i've got a tap :thumb:

Well the "un-bent" TB is on the car right now, and I think I may just leave it that way... beside the Zex instruction suggest installing the nozzle 6-12 inches away from the TB. I took the throttle body tubing and drilled a small hole. Then I took the tap that was included in the kit (meant for tapping a metal source) and actually ran the tap through the throttle body tubing. I was kinda surprised, but it actually worked and there's a couple good "rubber" threads in there. The nozzle screwed right into the TB and we'll see how it handles being setup like that. :D

there should be a bulkhead connector that screws on both sides of the throttle body tubing. The nitrous nozzle should then screw into that bulkhead connector.

Way out front
Ive ridden in a healthy nitrous'd mtx, and it was fast, but seat of the pants, it was tough to tell. The blower car is far more impressive (unless you ran a 300 shot I suppose, lol boom), but the nitrous'd car put down damn near identical torque numbers to my car. I whipped it for peak hp, but still.........bang for buck, cant beat the gas.
