hey guys...i dunno if this is in the right spot.....but i wanted to thank you for all the help with the starter questions i was asking.

My dad ended up bench testing it and it was dead! brushes welded shut ..probley .....he went and got a starter for my car $129.99 canadian rebuilt with a 4 year warrenty from canadian tire...

i called my mom and he got it installed and it ended up being the starter...she said my car fired right up ...to mine and my dads relief...

its at the tranny shop now...hopefully i have the same good luck there that i did with the starter


just wanted to say a quick thanx to you guys for helping me out and im glad i have people like you to help me keep my SHO running

thanx guys......they found the problem with the tranny in "whitelighting" it was a bad wire making a sensor cut in and out. It will be fixed today, then my dad is takin it to be oil sprayed..... im soo glad it wasnt internal ....the tranny guy told me to watch it though cause my car has a hard 1-2 shift which isnt normal..i told him all SHO's are like that ...he said that may be the case but dont drive the ***** outta it .

btw he quoted me 2000 for a full rebuild using upgraded parts
1000 if it was jjust discs and stuff....

i appricate everythign guys.....
