Sounds good to me. This only test the actual coil and not the flow of the injectors. If they have more than 100k I would bet you would find getting them rebuilt and flow tested would be worth the money.

Actually that's why I posted in this thread in the first place. :) I bought a used set of injectors that I had rebuilt and flow tested by cruzinperformance to replace these. I guess if this proves they are electronically still working they could be reused if run through the same rebuild process. I was curious to see if I should just chuck them but if they are still useful I may try to sell them later on. Thanks!

If the coil is bad, they don't rebuild it, they just pitch it and get another one.

If you're going to chuck them, I'll take them. I need a set, as I'm pretty sure I have at least one that is leaking after shutting the engine off . . . .

:burnout:

C'mon up, Keith. I have a set of 3 liter injectors you can have, just take 'em off the 15k mile engine. I'd planned on disassembling that engine anyway, just taking up room in a buddys' garage...

Witch Hunter received my sons' injectors this past Monday, and while I didn't think I would, I'd hoped to have had them back for this weekend. Nope. Guess it'll have to wait until next week.
