Temperature needle fluctuating

Hey all,

I have a problem. My temperature needle is fluctuating between N and M

Usually it stays between R and A.

I have called me local Ford Parts stores and they don't have a thermostat in stock.

Can I use one from AutoZone?? Or would they have a proper replacement?

isnt OEM 180 degree?
