By chance have any of you guys ran into a problem with your tail lights don’t run but brake light, blinker, & reverse light works ?

not specifically - if you have the SHO led lights they seem to be a sealed unit. From the inside of the trunk, you can unscrew by hand the "hook" off the side with the issue, then pull back the trunk grey carpeting. There are 3 bolts forget if they are 7MM, the catch is once they are removed gently pull the light out parallel to the car body. The light should come free of the body pretty easily. Just dont pry or twist upon removal or inserting back in. If the unit/s is bad - surprised you are not reporting a CEL. You can use Forscan and read if the computer is collecting any codes. I assume you checked the parking lights and other lights to make sure they are operating correctly.

It’s the fuse & it keeps breaking it . Any idea why it’s shorting out ? My left front light flickers & doesn’t stay on I’d suggest it’s a ground problem since I move this yellow wire that runs in your the wire of the front headlight & it turns back on but while I drive it’ll turn back off.

Fuse keeps popping - short - the car vibrates and shorts out - continuity check with a meter. I will defer to others that might have a quicker way to help you find the short.
Check that one you are moving around, that might mean dropping the bumper and getting access to the headlights.
