tail light replacement

are our tails the same as any other taurus from that generation?
I need to replace mine


Also my brakes are HARDLY working at all you have to almost mash the pedal to the floor - and none of the brake lights come on in the back, is this just coincidence that every bulb in the back has burnt out?

Also the driver side tail light seems to be dimmer than the passenger side, any ideas?

I bought this car for 500 bucks with 127k miles on it, runs good, just needs TLC like a **** on the interior

Tail lense are the same. Check the BOO (Brake On/Off) switch located on the brake pedal assembly, it has two wires going to it. On my car the actual wire broke at the terminal crimp.
