Generally Blackberry does not play well with MS Sync based on the data in the handout,
Man, I just started following all your threads. Are all the other 2010 owners having these same problems? I know it's a new car, 1st year, bugs have to get worked out, etc.; but man...what a piece of crap this thing sounds like.
Maybe you just got a lemon but if we start seeing other posts with all the problems you've been having, we'll be able to positively conclude if the new SHO is as much of a piece of crap as the 20 year old ones. I like the new ones---but not if they turn out to all be like yours.
These are interesting posts to read though.
I had this problem yesterday. It wouldn't play the USB. Wouldn't do anything. I shut the car off and turned it back on and it worked. It worked today. The phone works perfectly with the Sync system, the problem is the Sync system has the glitches. If you watch the video, I was pushing the button for the voice command prompt. This then should ask me to "Say a Command". It has nothing to do with the pohone at that point. Suppose my "Command" was to change to Sirius Channel 132, or to set a destinatiion??? Because the Sync system failed... it would not allow me to give a command. This has NOTHING to do with the Blackberry. I have yet to have a problem connecting to the phone or using the phone through the system. The problem comes from giving Sync the command to do what I need.

Are you running the latest updates from syncmyride (Gen1 - V3.1)?
If you are not running 3.1 you need to have the dealer update it. You can only update the consumer half of the module on syncmyride.com. The dealer can update both sides....
I'm not sure, how do I find out?
