sync issue?

hey everybody I am having a problem with my sync system. everytime i go to play a song from my ipod i get a messege saying Bad music. ive tried reindexing it and reseting it. is there a problem with the car or could it be my ipod. it works fine if i use the AUX in cable. its a 3rd gen iPod touch 32GB BTW. please help

You might want to try a program called Sync My iTunes if you haven't already. Fixed my issues with my iPhone.
