I found a g3 sho that spun the bearings, and wanted to know how hard it would be to drop in a welded motor? I've helped take a gen 2 motor out helping Eric with his swap! thanks for the help

Don't forget you also helped pull the motor sitting in your living room, too. :):naughty:

The v8 has to come out the bottom. If you arent equipped to dop the subframe with motor/trans/wiring, dont even think about it.

Also, its alot of work to find out the used motor you're putting in is junk too. So make sure you buy an engine from a reputable source.

Two g3 shos have had the engine replaced at my house. You have to drop the sub frame. We took out all the front suspension at the same time.
