Swapping a 3.2L in place of a 3.0L

I know there are many write ups on this probably but I dont have time to search for it all.

I am going down to help SVOfinatic with his mess. He bought a 3.2L which he though was a 3.0L... Great...

Anything I should know before helping with this project?

Yes. It's a very popular swap, actually, and just a little more work than swapping in another 3.0.
