Swap PS Power Seat Tracks Only?

From the archive search, I know you can swap a passenger side power seat into a non-power seat position. But can you swap only the tracks and controls on the bottom of a non-power seat? I'm thinking it may be easier to find the power passenger seat in a SLO or Sable....
