if you just did a major swap make sure you crossed your t's and dotted your i's. check to make sure the crossover tube is bolted down tight, that the ground is attached to the back of the intake on the pass side, did you swap a 3.2 into a car that was already a MTX? you kept the same computer correct? didn't change any wiring?

I second the double checking. Have you thought of checking the CPS. If it is not functioning then you will get no spark. SOme details on what all you did during the swap might help us figure it out. Good luck....nothing is more frustrating than thinking you finished a big prodject and then it won't start.

I just put a 3.2 into an exsisting 3.0 wiring. Grounds lets see 1-firewall 3- computer 1 underneath the intake is there anymore. Kirk says I forgot one. He's suppose to let me know in a couple of hours when he pulls over to eat. He must be on one of his excursions. Anyone else know the ground I forgot?
CPS is brand new.

Heres a couple:

-Braided ground intake to ground (upper pass side). Not hooked up.

-Wiggle the DIS plugs , AND make sure ALL 4 bolts are screwed - missing one or not tight enough will cause a no start.

-make sure all the 4 connectors are hooked up (the ones behind the intake in that big metal bracket that holds the harness in place.)

Anyways, like said before, check the ground on the back of the intake. Did you paint the intake by chance? Cam sensor plugged in? Good working order? CCRM tight and plugged in?

here's where I sit on Monday morning, my car now has fuel injector pulse and it has spark. for some unknown reason the fuel makes it all the way to the fuel rail but wont come out the injectors. Why not?? My mechanic is gowing to take out the fuel rail and check all the injectors but none work. Anyone.
Oh ya it was a loose connector. thanks
thats why it was the first problem

The rails themselves are pretty simple, but there are other things attached that could have problems. From my diagram it looks like fuel goes in through the pulse dampener, flows along through the left (or front) rail, past the relief valve, along the rubber hose to the right (or rear) rail to the regulator and out (to the tank or a catch can, I'm not quite sure).

When I reassembled my rails I used the wrong sized washer on the damper and leaked fuel everywhere, but other than that mine have worked fine.

That sounds funny to me too. It sounds like there is no signal to the injectors or they can't make use of it. Sounds like wiring to me. Frustrating for sure.
