My friends, I just ordered new struts for the 90 from shosource, but I’m looking for springs, I wanted to be low as possible, but it seems B&G are gone, anyone have some ideas or parts or coilovers for sale? Can’t be out here at stock height, or any other products we can adapt to make work. Just looking for a place to start

They used to use stock or wagon cargo coils and cut the dead coil(s) to get some drop. It should be archived in older posts somewhere. Alot more action years ago so you usually have to use the wayback machine (search function) to find that kind of info. B&G and Eibach are probably long gone from the market. You can look for used units

The Moog Cargo Coils are frequently used. They need some cutting, otherwise they increase ride height. But a search in the forum should bring up how much folks have cut.

Cutting the dead coils is easy but getting the front camber lined up is another. Unless you want to cut slots into the strut towers. Doing that weakens the integrity of the strut tower which I don't recommend.

I'm all about cutting the altitude to increase the attitude however it has to done properly so you get normal tire wear.

All you need to do is drill out the spot welds on the strut tower mounts. That allows enough movement of the top plate to get the Camber set. No structural integrity loss.
