Does anyone know what the expected gains in horsepower/torque or what other advantages the SuperChips programmer module is expected on a GEN 2 ATX? I just have the one that plugs into the front of the computer located behind the glove box panel that "piggybacks" into the DIN port.

The car I bought had one in but the car is running like crap so I pulled it out for now. I'm just wondering if it's worth putting back in after I get the car running properly.

i had a friend who had one on his Focus and with the superchips on the computer, it ran like $hit with a check engine light. With it off it ran fine with no check engine light or anything! I would say leave it alone.

Thanks for the input guys.
Anyone want to buy a SuperChips programmer for a Gen 2 ATX? I hear it may give you 10hp! :)
