Mine was/is the prototype. The kit is designed from this one but with the mods I probably got near $5 in it by now. Remember I do a lot of my own work though.

Actually, I thought I put a "k" in bhind that 5. I am sure nobody seriously thought I only spent $5, no?

In any case, I really havem'y kept close tabs on it as I am sure it would scare me if I did. shrug

The Gen3 blower kits roughly come to around 5K by the time you put all the assecories you need with the kit.

Does anyone know the power to the wheels from the 16psi supercharger? also how much is the overhaul that I am going to need evey 10K miles

Just from what Ive heard, the supercharger, along with good tranny, tires, suspension, can out you in about the low 12 sec range. I've never seen a dyno chart though of the blown V8's though. Would love to see one sometime.

The V6 SHO won't be in the low 12s with a blower, and I don't think the V8 would run much, if any faster. I'm pretty sure low 13/high 12 is about as good as its gonna get. The problem is getting traction.

That's exactly what I was getting at. I have ZERO doubt that the power can be made to get a 12 second ET...it's traction that we have a problem with.

Jaxon: I'm not sure how to take your post....are you thinking ES is a "non-SHO"? ES is for Ebony Satin paint...ie. Metalic Black. :****:

You could run it in reverse
Mine will spin DRs no problem, so a SC SHO would be absolute zero traction.
