Found a box of parts in the trunk of my 91+.

Can someone tell me if I'm missing anything here? Am I missing any clips? And what is the hole in the middle of the cover for?

I can't recall what is for either. However that console is missing the front bracket and the switch itself, so it isn't good for much.

I figured I was at least missing SOMETHING. I do have the sunroof switch, its hanging around my passenger visor in the car. I guess I would do better finding another, (hopefully) un-broken one in the junkyard huh?

I can tell you the hole looks kinda like it should be there ,but I have never seen one with that before. They are getting harder and harder to find, I also without being captain obvious being very careful when pulling they are super brittle and the brackets like to detach from the body of the switch cover. good luck!

P.S. If you find a black one I need one! lol

That hole is for a plug that you can take out to turn the moonroof motor manually.

I'm having an issue with the front part of my motor cover hanging down (closest to the sunroof itself) I have the brackett screwed in behind the map lights, so that side is on tight but the front part with the two metal tabs (in the OP's pictures up top) is hanging down, and I can't figure out how to make it stay up. Any help is appretiated, I didn't want to start a new thread.

You have to hook the rear tabs first, then install the screws on the front of the console underneath the map lights. The OP pic does not have this bracket as kevin said. I just pulled mine down again to do the dimming mirror and it only likes to go in one way. I open the roof and start with the cover in the middle of the motor and pull it towards the rear watching the clips hook in.
