Im getting ready to pull my headliner down and recover it, while I have it down I was thinking about changing the sunroof seal. Any one done this? were can you get replacements for the seal?

It will be about $60.00.
All Ford seals are the same so if you go to wrecking yards, any Lincoln or whatever is the same profile. Corners may give you problems, buy the sealer from Sunroofdoctor or 3M direct.

Yes, from sunroofdoctor. Was a good experience and it totally eliminated the annoying wind noise.
Follow the instructions, particularily about the corners and use the 3M adhesive, you get a lifetime supply in the one tube.
Go to Shotimes.com for a tutorial on how to take the sunroof glass out. The screws are small and use a new screwdriver with the correct tip, as you only get one try at them. Soak the little screws with penetrating oil first for a day or so.
