Sunroof concern

The rear passenger side of the sunroof is higher than the rest, reason for concern?

Thanks, pics below.
First 2 problem?
Second 2 flush.

It can be adjusted to sit flat.

Put the glass in vent, unclip the accordion blind/trim things on the left and right, close the glass, adjust as necessary, torque to 44 lb-in.

Re-initilize the roof. Turn the ignition to run, hold the tilt switch till you get full vent, then push and hold the vent switch until the glass motor stalls for 3 seconds and continue to hold for another 5 seconds.

You may want to do the initialization with the engine running to keep battery voltage up.
