Check inertia switch in trunk.

See that fuel pump +12V voltage is coming out of the CCRM relay box for at least a few seconds when you turn on the key. On '92, at pink/black wire on pin 5 of CCRM or pink/black wire at inertia switch.

Search forum for instructions on jumpering the fuel pump at the EEC diagnostic connector.

Ground for pump and tons of other stuff like windows and seats is under the drivers door door sill and carpet.

Maxifuse at firewall kept us scratching our heads after I died going into turn 1 at Blackhawk. Of course that was after we swapped a fuel pump and a CCRM.

Get under the fuel tank and pound on the underside with a rubber mallet while someone tries to start it. You should be able to get it started that way if the problem is indeed the pump.

Problem will either be the fuel pump or the CCRM / IRCM up front which contains relays for the pump and fan. First check that the red button on the fuel pump cutoff switch in the trunk is pressed down. Hook a voltmeter between the cutoff switch and ground. Turn the ignition on to prime the rails. If you get voltage at the switch: fuel pump problem. If not, CCRM problem.
