sub frame bushings

1 how much are they, and two theres a rear bolt recall for 93 SHO's can that still be performed? I looked it up on Mitchell 1 on demand. I need new bushings.

Bushing price depends on what style you get and how many.

Gen III SFBS can run around $75 for all four corners.

Aluminums can now be had for around $100.

Call your local Ford dealer about the recall. It is specific to certain states and provinces. The recall is still active and is free.

If you have the recall work performed, it ONLY covers the bolts, washers, and nuts. It does not cover the bushings.

The recall was for states in "The Rust Belt", so Michigan should be part of it. As Steve said, it'll only cover bolts, not the bushings themselves.

What is the benefit of gen III SFBs? I think Alum will be too rough on crappy Pennsylvania roads.
