Not shooting for redundancy here, but; keeping in mind I have a 96+ uprade on my '92, if I were to get 13" mustang rotors and elongated the holes, would it be as good as redrilling or not? If taurus' and stangs are hubcentric I could see it if the hubs are the same diameter, but aren't the mustang centers bigger? I would get mustang calipers, but do I need different caliper brackets? Will they fit under slicers?
And why didn't ford use vented rear rotors on the gen3s?

Thanks. I'm not looking to buy a whole other set of wheels and tires, though. And there wasn't anything about fitting under stock rims. I looked on supercoupeperformance.com to look at bigger rotors for tbirds, but they're about $140 a piece! That's why I was looking to mod cobra stuff. I figured they'd be cheaper and I was looking for the proper way to adapt them.
That's a sick lookin ride, though! My car is blue, too. Off the subject; does GTS make taillight covers for these cars?

GTS make taillight covers but if you taillight are not LED, it will be too dark.

you can order 12" rotors and it will work with cobra brakes and fit in 16" wheels.

Cool. LED, hmmmm. Would there be a similar kit like an HID conversion or would I need to get creative and adapt something from another car?

Black out LED: SHO Source

I know some people have slotted the holes but I had mine re-drilled as I felt it was a better way to do it. The kits we sell have the holes re-drilled.

I drilled new holes, rather than elongate the existing holes.
