Okay, folks. Here's a transmission puzzle. A 1994 ATX, 171,000 miles. Today, I was backing up my car, and when I went to go into drive, it would not go past neutral. I turned the car off, started it, and it went into drive, just like it always has. (except for this one time).
Is there a sensor that will tell my car not to go into drive, but will allow reverse or neutral?
