Ok I just got finished doing my front 60k on my 92 MTX which included an oem waterpump, cps, cam seals, timing belt and tensioner, and a set of UDP with new belts. Car starts up and runs just fine but there's this whistling type noise on the inside of the car (passenger side) and I can barely hear anything under the hood but sounds like it is coming from around the waterpump/ powersteering area. When I turn the steering wheel to the left iot calms the noise down but when I turn to the right it gets high pitched and the noise stops when I am driving but comes back when I am idling at a light. If the noise was coming from the engine bay wouldn't it be louder under the hood and not inside the vehicle? I have no clue so I would appreciate any help at all. Thanks again.

could be that your belts arent on tight enough.
putting some added strain on the power steering and such.
which would cause for a slight whistle.
Though i think it would be more noticable under the hood.
