My slicers all say "ITALY" (which obviously means they were made in Italy. :) lol and IIRC... I thought that meant they were a directional set?... maybe?.) I dunno now that sounds wrong... But w/e. AND they say "WHITE", but they are GREY. And they HAVEN'T BEEN painted. I know for a fact they haven't EVER been white. So anyways. What's up with that? kinda weird I thought. Also anyone have any pics of a SHO w/ non factory paint color? I am gonna paint mine... Just can't decide a color.. My favorite color in the whole world is Grabber Blue on the new stangs. But I don't think that'll look good. I would like to keep the stock slicers cuz... shiiiiit there B.A.! lol. Any ideas on paint would be greatly appreciated!

The Italian slicers are directional. near the center cap, they will have a RH> or <LH as well as the part numbers for the wheel in white and in silver. The casting/forging was the same, but they obviously have different part numbers if painted different colors, so Ford put both part numbers on the wheels.

Custom paint jobs... SHOWYA and MataSHO are the first two custom paint jobs to come to mind of the gen 2 nature. Kikkinasphalt (I think, one of those STL fools  ) and Jelloslug have blue gen 1's. Bill T has that awful gen 3 Yankee's job. Phoenix's white gen 4 is fresh paint as well.

Mine's painted a custom mix of Mazda Velocity Red (see pics on my cardomain page, link in sig). It is a brighter red than the Crimson red that came on it and it also has some red pearl in it that you can only see when the sun's right on it.

I'm not usually one who like body kits on the SHO, but I'm kinda digging that black on black about 2/3 of the way through the album. Looks pretty hot.

I cant stand a body kit on a SHO!! I do love a nice custom solid color paint job though.

Wow, I never knew mine was a 'favorite' of anyone....... anyways, the needed prep work was not done before the paint job, and the paint is starting to peel/chip off in places. It's definately my favorite color, but not my favorite paint job.....

I believe those handles came off of an Alfa Romeo. I don't recall what color that is... but the lesson I learned is don't deal directly with a company stateside and expect them to send your stuff back to an APO in Italy.
