Tonight on the way home I was slowing down from 60mph or so for a red light. This was a gradual slowdown, I don't ever mash on the brakes. I was listening to some music pretty loud and all of a sudden I heard a very high pitched sound that at first I thought was in the song. I turned my radio off and as soon as I took my foot off of the brake after I had come to a complete stop I could feel something stick for a fraction of a second and then release. I did it again and the same thing happened. There was a very slight grinding sound just as it 'released.' After that it never happened again on my drive home.
I'll be getting my oil changed within a week and the shop I go to usually checks everything over well when they service your car.
Anyone else have this happen? Definitely was coming from the driver's side.
