Hi, I just purchased a 2010 sho.
The controls on the steering wheel for the cruise as well as the others are not back lit. It is hard to see them in the dark! am I missing something? Is there a way to turn them on or is this feature not available?
Thank you for the help.

All of mine light up. Have you tried pressing the button to the left of the steering wheel to increase the brightness of the gauge cluster? I believe that will also increase the lights on the steering wheel. The button is located next to the the button for the gas/brake pedal adjustment.

Mine are lit too and the control that Bill mentions is next to the brake/gas/brake pedal height and does indeed control the brightness.

thanks all for the help. I am aware of the dimmer button to the left of the wheel and it is not the problem. I have an appoimtment with the dealer service dept. to see what is the problem.
Thanks again for the help.

Per the factory service manuals, this information applies to the 2010 and 2011. The steering wheel switch backlighting is powered by fuse F10 (15A) in the Smart Junction Box. The same circuit supplies backlighting power to the PRNDL indicator, the traction control indicator, the message center switches, the hazard light switch, the start/stop switch, the switch for the rear sunshade, trunk release switch, ambient lighting switch, adjustable pedal switch, headlight switch, and the steering wheel switches. The only things different between the different backlighting circuits is the ground locations and the steering wheel switch lights are powered and grounded through a clockspring element.
