My steering wheel never stays in the same spot when driving. It is usually rotated a little to the left, however depending on the corner, straight with the wheels may be nearly straight on the steering wheel or 90 degrees off to the left. If i **** the wheel one way or another it will change what is straight again. Now I believe the car has bad from strut mounts but would this cause the issue with the wheel?
