Steering not as tight as it should be

I recently had new ball joints and an alignment done on my 94 mtx and the guys at the shop said this should make it handle 10x better, like a whole new car. I got it back and it is a little better but my steering wheel is still sloppy, and my car pulls to the right something fierce. one of my tires is more worn on the inside but should that matter.

My guess is the subframe

The guy at the shop( who knows nothing about shos) said he thinks it is the steering box but im not sure

The steering column has some bushings in it that will deform over time, introducing some unavoidable slop in the system. Replacement of the column is the only practical option. As far as the alignment goes, did you get the toe done too?

I had a cracked casing in the steering column that caused my car to react the same way, wouldn't hurt to take a peek.

I dont know if he did that or not to be honest I dont know what that is
