I just did a 60k service on my car. Not many people know about sho's here in Montreal, so I did it myself. After doing a bicep workout to take off the crankshaft pulley bolt, getting to the plugs and that crankshaft sensor all is good. My only and hopefully last problem is when I turn the steering wheel completely clockwise or counter and give a bit of gas the belt makes a lot of noise. Steering fluids are fine, belts are fine. Could it be that the belt (smaller waterpump and steering belt) is too tight or too loose? Help please.

The belt is most likely too loose. Pick any path between point A and point B which has the longest distance. There should be about 3/4" deflection in the longest path. Good luck, and congratulations on doing the 60k yourself. You could've loosened the crank pulley bolt by resting a breaker bar on the subframe and glitching the starter very quickly, works everytime! thumbs_u
